The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) operates separately from the Illinois One-Call System. Excavators working near ISTHA facilities are required to contact them four (4) business days prior to the start of their excavation project in order for them to mark their buried facilities.

Excavators are still required to contact JULIE two (2) working days in advance of their project so that all other utilities in the area can be notified.
